Senior Housing

The City of Dearborn Housing Department and Dearborn Housing Commission provide housing options for Dearborn seniors. 

Senior Housing Programs

The Dearborn Housing Department provides housing for "moderate income" seniors aged 55 years and older. 

 

 

The Dearborn Housing Commission provides housing options for low-income seniors, handicapped, and disabled persons subject to regulation by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Applications will only be accepted when the respective waiting list for the chosen building is open.

Senior housing is subject to the eligibility requirements for the applicable programs, including criminal background checks.
