Mayor Abdullah H. Hammoud announces town hall meeting for Dearborn residents

Residents are invited to join Mayor Hammoud for a town hall meeting to hear directly from City leadership and discuss a variety of topics, including new and ongoing City of Dearborn projects, flood mitigation, City budget, crime response, and more.

Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions about city services and projects, voice concerns, and give feedback.

The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 1, 2026, from 6-7 p.m. at the Henry Ford Centennial Library Auditorium, 16301 Michigan Ave.

Mayor Hammoud stated, “Our upcoming town hall is an opportunity for residents to better understand how and why the City makes decisions and share their ideas to move Dearborn forward through local government.” 

The upcoming town hall is a vital part of the Mayor’s vision for an engaged and informed community. Residents are encouraged to attend to learn about city operations, decision-making processes, and to bring their questions.
