Complete the Request for Information Regarding the Purchase of City-Owned Property form and submit the form to cmetz@dearborn.gov.
The Legal Department will email you to confirm whether the property is available for purchase and explain the next steps
You will be informed once it is confirmed whether the adjacent property owner is interested in purchasing/splitting the property. If they are not interested in splitting the property, the property may be offered to you as the sole purchaser.
Obtain a City Map
The city can provide information on lot lines, plat maps, sewer and water main locations and streets.
