Please be able to provide details about the location of the light and, if possible, streetlight pole number. For metal poles, the number is located at the base of the streetlight pole; for wooden poles it is located approximately eight feet up the pole.
According to DTE Energy, the normal replacement time is 3 to 10 working days depending on the weather conditions and high priority lighting areas.

Wayne county maintains most of the traffic signals in the City.

The city maintains a small amount of traffic signals on the following streets: Beech, Chase, Cherry Hill, Dix, Greenfield, Hubbard, Mercury, Miller, Military, Monroe, Oakwood, Outer Drive, Oxford, Pelham and Schaefer.

Trip hazards should be reported to the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department by calling 313-943-2150.
The department can look into reports of trip hazards. An inspector will assess the situation.
If a trip hazard is caused by a city tree and the repair is necessary, the city will repair at NO COST to the property owner.
To report a sewer backup or repair, call 313-943-2150. The city will send an inspector out to determine if the repair is needed and who is responsible for the cost of the repair, the city or home owner.

If your basement is flooded, the City will dispatch a maintenance crew to your address to determine if the stoppage is in the City main or your private line. If the sewer main is found to be clear, it is then the responsibility of the property owner to call a licensed plumber or drain service to correct the problem.
