The City of Dearborn will host the 45th annual Dearborn Homecoming Festival next weekend, Aug. 7 - 9, 2026. The 2026 festival, presented by J & T Crova Towing and Ford Community Relations, opens Friday, Aug. 7, at 12 p.m. at Ford Field Park, 22051 Cherry Hill Rd. An official ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 12:30 p.m under the park’s covered bridge. 

The festival will feature live music, carnival rides, food and beverages, an Arts District with free crafts and live painters, a Vendor Village, and a variety of other activities. The festival is free to enter. 

Festival hours are 12 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily. After 4 p.m., children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Live music and fireworks
The festival’s musical headliners include country icon Martina McBride on Saturday, Aug. 8 and Grammy award winning hip-hop artist Chance the Rapper on Sunday, Aug. 9. Performances on Saturday and Sunday will be followed by a fireworks show at approximately 10 p.m.

This year’s lineup also features country chart-topper Alexandra Kay and former “The Voice” finalist Laith Al-Saadi, as well as regional and local talents including Curtis Roach and Aint Afraid. For the full entertainment lineup, visit DearbornHomecoming.com/Music. 

Music will be performed on two stages throughout the festival grounds. The Sunset Stage will feature festival headliners and regional favorites. The Sunrise Stage will showcase a diverse mix of top-tier Michigan talent, as well as heritage-based music.

Ford Field Park hours
Ford Field Park will be closed to the public for festival setup Monday, Aug. 3 - Thursday, Aug. 6, and for teardown on Monday, Aug. 10.
