Dearborn residents are invited to nominate front yard displays with autumn and harvest themes, fall flowers and plants, or Halloween decorations, for the 2026 Fall Aglow recognition program. 

The City Beautiful Commission encourages residents to nominate their property or a neighbor’s by Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026, for potential recognition. Nominations may be submitted via Dearborn.gov/CityBeautiful. 

Volunteer City Beautiful Commissioners will be judging front yard displays from Oct. 16-20. Nighttime decorations should be lit and addresses should be clearly visible from the street.  

Announcements are expected around Friday, Oct. 23. 

Three homes will be selected in each of the city’s 17 residential districts, along with seven honorable mentions. All will receive a special decal and letter, and top honorees also will be invited to a celebratory dinner in early 2027.
