19th District Hybrid DWI/Drug Treatment Court

The 19th District Hybrid DWI/Drug Treatment Court (HDDTC) was established in 2019. It is a specialty court program designed to help individuals struggling with substance use build a healthier, more stable future. The program blends court oversight with clinical treatment and support services to reduce recidivism and promote recovery.

The presiding judges for the Hybrid DWI/Drug Treatment Court are Judge Eugene Hunt, Jr. and Judge Mark Somers.
