City’s reimagined Under the Stars program lineup for the 2026 season at PEACE Park West

The City of Dearborn presents the 2026 season of the newly named Under the Stars community entertainment event. Under the Stars is an evolution of the city’s decades-long Music Under the Stars concert series.

The series will now include a variety of performances in addition to musicians.

Performances are planned for May, June, July, and September, 2026. The free sunset events will take place at PEACE Park West, located at 22271 West Village Dr. 

May 2026
Detroit Techno Militia (DTM) will perform Friday, May 15, 2026, from 8-10 p.m.

The underground record label and DJ crew will present live electronic, family-friendly music sets from Dearborn-based artists Joshua Adams, T. Linder, and Todd Weston.

June 2026
Under the Stars will present an America-themed drone show celebrating the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States. This event will feature a DJ and family activities leading up to the show in the evening of Friday, June 26, from 8:30-10 p.m.

July 2026
An evening of live jazz featuring Metro Detroit ensembles Mahogany Collective and the Hayden Cusmano Quartet. The performance will take place Thursday, July 16, 2026 from 7-9 p.m.

Sept. 2026
A candlelight concert featuring musicians from the Dearborn Symphony will take place Thursday, Sept. 10, 2026, from 8-9 p.m.

Mayor Abdullah H. Hammoud stated, “This program has been a cherished tradition for over 40 years, bringing performances from the area’s vibrant music scene right to the community. We’re proud to bring a revamped Under the Stars series to the community, offering more artists and art forms at beautiful PEACE Park West, and sharing culture through the power of music and performance.”
                
Food and drinks from local food trucks will be available for purchase at each event. Attendees are also encouraged to bring a chair or blanket.
