Dearborn residents are asked to avoid the area on Venice St between Oakwood and Glover streets due to a significant paint spill. The Department of Public Works has the roads blocked and is working on the clean-up.
Dearborn Police will exercise a zero-tolerance policy for the illegal use of fireworks this week and over the July Fourth holiday. Fireworks can be used from June 29 to July 5 between the hours of 11 a.m. and 11:45 p.m. if discharged on your private property. Per State law, firework debris must also land on your private property.
