The City of Dearborn is implementing a software update to improve customer service. As a result, the City's BS&A system will be unavailable Sept. 3 and Sept. 4, 2026.
BS&A Online Services will resume on Saturday, Sept. 5, and all services will resume on Tuesday, Sept. 8.
During this time, residents and contractors will NOT be able to look up, inquire about, or review data in the BS&A system.
For this period, the City will ONLY be able to process payment for transactions completed at the Dearborn Administrative Center (DAC) as follows:
- Credit or debit card, cash, or a check can be used at the DivDat kiosks at the DAC for previously billed tax, water items, and invoices.
- Dropbox at the DAC or by mail.
- Processing birth and death certificates with cash, check, or money order payments only at the Treasury window.
The City will resume all services and will begin accepting all forms of payment on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026
Dearborn residents and business owners are encouraged to plan ahead and complete all timely transactions before Thursday, Sept. 3, 2026. Services that can be completed on or after Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026, may be done online at Dearborn.gov/OnlineServices.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience during this important system update.
