April book talks at the Dearborn Public Library

The Henry Ford Centennial Library (HFCL) is hosting book talks throughout the month of April, featuring an exciting line up of authors.

Marking the 50th anniversary of the show, a virtual conversation will take place with Susan Morrison about her new biography of Lorne Michaels, titled Lorne: The Man Who Invented Saturday Night Live in the HFCL Room M15 on April 9, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.

To learn about her journey as a writer, sit down with Carrie Walker as she discusses her new novel Emma’s Hero in the HFCL Auditorium on April 29 at 6:30 p.m. Books will be available for purchase afterward.

On April 30, join former District Court Judge Gerald Rosen to talk about his book Grand Bargain: The Inside Story of Detroit’s Dramatic Journey from Bankruptcy to Rebirth in the HFCL Auditorium at 6:30 p.m. Rosen will be answering questions and selling copies of his book afterward.
