Michael A. Guido Theater
With seating for 1,201 and conveniently located adjacent to the Lincoln Ballroom, the professional theater is ideal for large presentations and stage performances. The facility includes a large projection screen, professional lighting system and–with chairs, music stands and a Steinway Concert D piano–can accommodate orchestras of almost any size. The stage, with its spring-loaded dance floor and an optional Marley dance floor, is perfect for large musical presentations. Studio A
Studio A, with hardwood flooring, specialty lighting, private entrance and foyer, high ceilings, sound curtains and other tailored amenities, is an ideal site for formal gatherings in a more intimate setting. The room can accommodate up to 150 guests at seated round tables or 235 guests in theater-style seating, which makes it perfect for showers, corporate events, or smaller wedding receptions or theatrical productions. Lincoln Ballroom
The Lincoln Ballroom is a unique 15,000 square-foot, one-of-a-kind facility with rich mahogany wall paneling, refurnished hardwood floor, encircling soffits and accent lighting. With its 800-guest capacity, the new Lincoln Ballroom offers both elegance and functionality at affordable prices for any type of gala gathering from class reunions, to banquets, to wedding receptions. Basketball Courts
A pair of regulation-size basketball courts in our gymnasium are also available for rent after normal business hours at a cost of $60/hour with a two-hour minimum.

Lap & Leisure Pools
The Center’s natatorium features a lap pool and a leisure pool, both of which are available for rent after normal business hours. The lap pool rents for $200/hour and the leisure pool rents for $250/hour. Each pool rental requires a two-hour minimum and the posting of a $160 deposit.

Shelters & Cabins
Outdoor shelters at Crowley, Hemlock and Ford Field are available for rental by picnickers and party-goers, ages 21 and over. All shelters are roofed picnic areas equipped with electrical outlets and interior lighting. All except Crowley also have a drinking fountain and an electrical hot water heater. Restrooms are included in the shelter at Hemlock and in the South Shelter at Ford Field. Restroom facilities are within easy walking distance of Crowley’s shelter.
Picnic permits are available for City of Dearborn parks. Fees are based upon residency/non-residency status and the size of the group. For additional information, call (313) 943-2350.
