How to Pay Court Fines, Fees, and Traffic Citations

Fines, costs, and other financial obligations imposed by the court must be paid at the time of assessment, except when the court allows otherwise, for good cause shown (Michigan Court Rule 1.110).

Online payments for Traffic, Criminal or Probation

Tickets issued for moving violations by the Dearborn Police Department may be paid online within 14 days of the date that the ticket was issued through the CLEMIS system

All other online payments for fines, fees, and parking tickets for non-moving violations (such as Public Service Day violations) must be submitted through the 19th District Court Online Payment System.

Submit Payment at a Drop Box or By Mail

There is a 24-hour drop box located to the left of the main entrance of the courthouse. Make sure that your name and ticket or case number are listed on the check or money order. Checks and money orders must be in U.S. funds payable to the: 19th District Court.
