Amenities

The Dearborn Dog Park is divided into two areas: one for larger dogs weighing more than 30 pounds and the other for smaller dogs weighing under 30 pounds.
Each area is enclosed with a fence and accessible only through a gate, which restricts entry to dog owners who have paid a fee for using the facility.
Each area has benches, dog waste bags and waste disposal stations, water access, and unique dog agility equipment.
There is also dog agility equipment, which includes adjustable jump bars, elevated agility walk platforms, walk ramps, hurdles, teeter totters, and barrels. This is the result of a generous donation from the Oakwood Group, a Dearborn-based company.
