The Dearborn Public Library is collecting unopened, factory-sealed breakfast cereal boxes for local food banks and pantries serving the Dearborn community. The initiative, which supports neighbors in need, will run from Monday, March 17, to March 31, 2025.
Betty Adams, Director of the Dearborn Public Library, stated, "The Dearborn Public Library is committed to supporting our community in various ways, and addressing food insecurity is a crucial part of that commitment. We believe that no one should go hungry, and this cereal drive is one way we can help make a difference."
