With less than three inches of snow on the ground, and temperatures above 35 degrees, the Dearborn Department of Public Works salt trucks were sent out as of 6 a.m., Sunday, Nov. 30, 2025, to cover all city roads. Residents are urged to slow down and drive with extreme caution due to the snowy and wet conditions.

City leaf collection crews will begin work in the Levagood Park, Dearborn Hills, & Crowley Park Areas on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2025. Cars should be removed from the streets in this area while loose leaf collection is ongoing and signs are present.
Consists of five members, including three private citizens, the Corporation Counsel, and the director of Human Resources.
Meetings are scheduled as needed. A notice will be posted to the City of Dearborn website prior to all scheduled meetings.
