The City Beautiful Commission is a multi-member body that consists of members who are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council.
The mission of the City Beautiful Commission is to promote beautification efforts and public interest in the general improvement of the appearance of the City of Dearborn.
Annual programs include: Residential Standards of Excellence Awards, Business Standards of Excellence Awards, School Clean-Up Parades, and the Dearborn Aglow Holiday Home Decorating Program.

Dearborn Aglow: Fall is an annual awards program hosted by the City Beautiful Commission to honor homes with outstanding seasonal landscaping and exterior decorations.
Nominations for the fall awards will be accepted through Oct. 10, 2024.
Honorees will be announced later this fall.
