Downtown Dearborn to host Jingle Bell Bash, celebrate 100th anniversary of Bryant Branch Library

Holiday festivities will be in full swing on Saturday, Dec. 14, in Downtown Dearborn at the Jingle Bell Bash from 2 to 6 p.m. at Peace Park West, 22271 Michigan Ave.
The free family event will feature crafts, ice sculptures, music, warm beverages, games, photos with Santa, and some very special visitors.
The event also coincides with the Dearborn Public Library celebration and recognition of the Bryant Branch Library’s 100th anniversary from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visitors are invited to stop by and see an original Model T from the Dearborn Historical Museum just outside the library at 22100 Michigan Ave.
Located across Michigan Ave from Peace Park West, Bryant Library welcomes visitors to view historic photos, participate in fun activities, and enjoy light refreshments.
At 3 p.m., a Readers Theater segment will take place at the Jingle Bell Bash. This event, hosted by the Dearborn Public Library, allows readers of all ages to participate in a group story all guests will enjoy.
Jingle Bell Bash is hosted by the West Dearborn Downtown Development Authority and their partners, including: The Dearborn Historical Museum, The Dearborn Public Library, Ford Motor Co., Bayt Al Mocha, Mia’s Flower Truck, Kid Chemist, Resolute Realty, and Exclusive Event Rentals.
