Energy Assistance & Efficiency

Keeping the lights on and the temperature comfortable can cost thousands each year. That’s money that’s not invested in yourself, your business, or your community. Fortunately, improvements big and small–ranging from replacing light fixtures and windows to gut rehabs–can lower your energy requirements, freeing your time and money for the things that actually matter. New grants, tax credits, and financing opportunities can decrease the price of these investments, shortening your payback period until you break even.
