Step 2: Schedule an inspection

After submitting an application with payment, City staff will contact the applicant to establish and schedule an appointment for the inspection. The staff will confirm a date and time with a general time window for the inspection. A contact phone number of the person (must be at least 18 years of age) who will be onsite the day of the inspection will be required. Without a working phone number for the day of the appointment, there will be no guarantee of the inspection taking place. 

Inspections are performed Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The inspection report is created electronically and will be available on the city website after 5 p.m. on the inspection day.
