Dearborn Public Health to hold public vaccine clinic
Published Oct. 8, 2024
The City of Dearborn Department of Public Health has scheduled a Vaccine Clinic on Wednesday, Oct. 9 at the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center Lincoln Ballroom from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. for community members and city employees. The vaccines will be provided by Walmart Pharmacy.
DPH will offer the flu vaccine, updated COVID-19 vaccines, and several others, including RSV, Pneumonia, and Shingles.
It is recommended that everyone ages 6 months and older, with rare exceptions, should get a flu vaccine and a 2024-2025 COVID-19 vaccine. Getting a flu vaccine and COVID-19 vaccine at the same visit is recommended for those eligible. It may be safe to get other vaccines at the same time as well. As always, individuals should consult with their healthcare provider about options and health needs.
Please schedule an appointment via the link below and indicate vaccines preferences.
