DEARBORN, MI – Adding holiday cheer and a welcoming ambiance to Dearborn, 51 homes have been selected as top honorees in the 62nd annual Winter Aglow program that recognizes noteworthy seasonal outdoor decorations.
Three outdoor displays were selected as top honorees in each of 17 neighborhood districts across the city by commissioners judging displays in December.
Rene Ziaja, Chairperson for the City Beautiful Commission, stated, “The Commission is delighted to honor these residents for the goodwill and beauty they add to our community through their outstanding displays. We thank everyone who decorated their homes in December to bring the holiday spirit to life.”
The 51 top honorees will receive a window decal and will be invited to a January dinner celebration.
Another 119 were chosen for honorable mention acknowledgment and will receive a window decal.

Throughout the year, the Dearborn City Beautiful Commission promotes six recognition programs to honor residents and business owners who enhance the physical appeal and sustainability of the community, as well as partners with Dearborn schools to promote anti-littering campaigns and environmental stewardship.
