As of Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025, absentee ballots are now available by request for the Nov. 4 election. Absentee ballots were mailed to all Dearborn voters on the permanent absentee voter list as of Monday, Sept. 29.
Absentee ballots may be requested online or at the City Clerk's Office, located in the Dearborn Administrative Center, through Monday, Nov. 3, at 4 p.m.
Voters must return their completed absentee ballot in the provided privacy sleeve and signed envelope by 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 4.
Absentee ballots may be returned at the City Clerk's Office, by mail (ensure there is enough time for it to be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day), or at one of the City's five absentee ballot drop boxes.
