Some City of Dearborn buildings, including the Dearborn Administrative Center and the Henry Ford Centennial Library, will be closed Friday, Aug. 21, from 12 to 5 p.m. for Employee Appreciation Day.
Dunworth Pool will also be closed to the public from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., but Levagood Park will remain open to all.
This closure will not affect emergency services, including the Police, Fire, Dispatch, or the 19th District Court.
The Ford Community & Performing Arts Center will also maintain its regular hours.
This annual event recognizes the hard work and devotion of city employees and allows them to celebrate with colleagues and family.
